Emotional Freedom Therapy - EFT
Emotional Freedom
Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple and easy
to use technique in which specific energy meridian points
on the body and face are stimulated through tapping. It
is a fast, effective technique and is a beneficial tool
for all therapists and healthcare workers to use with
a range of clients. EFT can be used to help many issues
including anxiety, panic attacks, traumatic memories,
phobias, helping people when they feel ‘stuck’, physical
pain and deep seated emotional pain. In fact EFT often
works when nothing else will.
This one day workshop introduces EFT both from a theoretical
and practical view point. It is designed to be an energetic,
challenging experience in which you will learn this amazing
and powerful technique which you will be able to integrate
into your existing therapeutic practice. EFT is also a
remarkable self-help tool and therapists themselves benefit
immensely from attending this workshop and practicing
the techniques.
The basics of EFT are easy to learn and are covered in
the morning session. During the rest of the workshop the
art and skill of using EFT is explored and the scientific
basis behind the technique is discussed. Current research
evidence exploring the many uses of EFT is also presented
giving you an in-depth knowledge of EFT and the technical
skills necessary to fully implement this powerful technique
in your work and life.
This is a non-examined
programme and credits are awarded for information acquired
during the course that will contribute to a Certificate
in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) being awarded. Students
will receive their certificate at the end of the course.
This one day workshop will be held at the BST Foundations
usual training venues. For booking forms and dates, please
